Air France will deploy the A350-900 fleet on its transatlantic and Asia routes. The aircraft features a three class layout with 324 seats including 34 full-flat business, 24 premium economy and 266 economy class seats.

Air France becomes latest airline to join Boeing Dreamliner club
Boeing and AerCap have delivered the first 787 to Air France. The airplane, a 787-9, signifies the delivery of AerCap’s 50th Dreamliner and will be deployed on Air France’s Paris to Cairo route starting in January. The airplane is also the 500th 787 produced on Boeing’s production lines.
Air France expands network to Barbados
Air France will be offering up to two weekly flights to Barbados from Paris-Orly with a connection in Pointe à Pitre or Fort de France. The flights from Pointe à Pitre and Fort de France to Barbados will be offered on a code-share basis with Air Antilles and operated by ATR 72 and ATR42. On these flights, the company’s customers will also earn Miles as part of the Flying Blue loyalty program.
Air France introduces sleep suit to first class passengers
Air France s introducing its brand new sleep suit offered to passengers in La Première, which the carrier claims is an “elegant” souvenir that can be worn at home. Passengers are also given a comfort kit, containing slippers, socks, a shoehorn and a shoe bag.
