Boeing to Focus on Customers, Innovation and Partnership at Paris Air Show 2025
Boeing will focus on advancing innovation, partnerships and collaboration at the 2025 Paris Air Show. "We continue to make fundamental changes across Boeing to strengthen safety, quality and our culture, and we are seeing steady improvement in our performance," said Boeing President and CEO Kelly Ortberg. "We look forward to connecting with our customers and partners at Le Bourget to demonstrate the work underway to restore trust and move Boeing forward." Boeing will exhibit various commercial and defense capabilities, autonomous technologies and comprehensive services. The static displays will feature customer commercial jets and defense fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft.
Aer Lingus teams up with Uber to reward AerClub members with Avios on every journey
Aer Lingus’ AerClub members can now collect Avios on every journey they take using the Uber app, by simply linking their AerClub and Uber accounts. Members of the airline’s loyalty programme will collect 1 Avios for every €1 spent on any journey taken on the Uber app in Ireland and the UK. To celebrate the new partnership, AerClub members who link their AerClub and Uber accounts via the Uber app and complete a journey before July 31st will receive 500 bonus Avios.

Free online chatting on all Lufthansa long-haul flights
Lufthansa is now also offering unlimited free chatting on its intercontinental flights. Passengers can send and receive any number of messages from their own smartphone or tablet via the familiar apps, regardless of their travel class during the flight, including photos. Many passengers would like this free service to be introduced because they want to stay in touch with family and friends via text messages even on long flights. The new free service is offered with the support of Mastercard. To use it, passengers have to log in to FlyNet with a Miles & More service card number or an email address registered with Lufthansa Group Travel ID. They can also sign up or register during their flight.
