Rome Cavalieri is celebrating the summer season with a variety of exciting new offerings. Situated within 15 acres of lush parkland, the hotel is introducing a poolside Moët & Chandon pop-up at the poolside bar, where guests can enjoy a new Mediterranean-inspired menu paired with bubbles.

The popular Patio 101 returns this season, offering casual, Italian al fresco dining with signature dishes, cocktails, and live music. Meanwhile, each evening at the Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace, guests can experience ‘Timeless Vibes’ - smooth live jazz accompanied by a new cocktail menu, ‘The Art Collection,’ where each cocktail is inspired by the masterpieces that make Rome Cavalieri a true ‘living art gallery.’ Also, from Thursday to Sunday, the hotel will host ‘AURUM’ an exclusive terrace event each evening with a Villasound DJ set.

These new experiences complement the hotel’s already extensive summer offerings, including:

Brand new menu for lunches and dinners at Uliveto Restaurant overlooking the pool, or private poolside terraces with cocktails, wine, and light bites delivered straight to your sun lounger.

Dinner at La Pergola, Rome’s only three-Michelin-starred restaurant (holding three stars for 18 consecutive years), led by Chef Heinz Beck.
Sip your way through The Art Collection, a new cocktail menu featuring creations like The Tiepolo –TXLII Sartorial Gin with pink grapefruit, wildflower honey, and rosemary and A… Dollar, made with Absolut Andy Warhol Edition Vodka, lemon, egg white, vanilla liqueur, and a touch of orange Angostura bitters.
The return of the Rome Cavalieri IT Kids Club, featuring immersive experiences like pizza making and the hotel’s signature gladiator training.
