Minor Hotels, an international hotel owner, operator and investor with more than 640 properties in 59 countries, has announced the signing of the NH Collection Pemba Island Resort in Tanzania. Developed in continued partnership with Infinity Developments, the owning entity behind Anantara Zanzibar Resort & Residences—an ultra-luxury project currently under construction—the new signing reinforces a shared commitment to elevating hospitality standards across the region. Scheduled to open in February 2030, the new property marks a strategic expansion of the NH Collection brand into the Zanzibar archipelago and further strengthens Minor Hotels’ growing presence across East Africa.
