von Essen hotels is pleased to announce the launch of a brand new booking service; ‘von Escapes’.  This bespoke centralised booking system, with a team of dedicated reservations staff on hand, will ensure guests’ exact requirements are met. Just one call gives access to all 31 hotels in the collection.

The main aim of this initiative is to increase the effectiveness of the sales process and call conversion. It will provide a seamless service for UK, European and International travel consultants and increase revenue through cross referral. If a particular hotel is full or a request cannot be accommodated, the reservations team has access to booking information across the collection and can suggest or recommend other suitable hotels in the group, according to guest requirements. This new booking service is not a replacement of reservations teams at individual hotels but an extension to the service von Essen wishes to offer.

With 31 hotels in Wales, England, Scotland and France, and taking into consideration von Essen’s ongoing strategic plans for expansion, this new dedicated booking service has been developed to simplify the experience of booking von Essen hotels, whether this be for individual, multi-stay, group or special interest bookings for lifestyle and travel agents, tour operators, as well as for the customer booking direct.
