Virgin Atlantic to launch new Cowshed Spa at Gatwick Clubhouse
Virgin Atlantic is to offer even more luxury to its premium leisure passengers departing from Gatwick Airport for the Caribbean, Orlando or Las Vegas. The airline is revamping its Clubhouse at Gatwick and will be unveiling a brand new Cowshed Spa.
In preparation for the opening, the Gatwick Clubhouse will close temporarily from 1st September until the end of November. When the Clubhouse re-opens later this year passengers will be provided with the ultimate pre-flight pampering experience, complete with a brand new Cowshed Spa. Cowshed is the Soho House spa brand and Upper Class and Gold Card passengers will be able to treat themselves to a selection of exclusive Cowshed treatments.
During the temporary closure of the Gatwick Clubhouse, passengers travelling in Upper Class will
be offered alternative lounges at Gatwick Airport, including the use of the Virgin Holidays V-ROOM.
Steve Ridgway, Chief Executive of Virgin Atlantic Airways, commented: “Our Upper Class passengers travelling through Gatwick will be able to enjoy the ultimate pre-flight experience. Our Clubhouses have always led the industry in offering luxury and innovation and we will be introducing some of the best elements of our flagship Clubhouse at Heathrow into our new-look Clubhouse Gatwick.”
Virgin Atlantic currently flies from Gatwick to Antigua, Barbados, St. Lucia, Grenada, Tobago, Orlando, Las Vegas, Kingston, Montego Bay, Havana and, from 7th November, to Puerto Rico.
