Vail Resorts has signed up with UK PR and marketing specialists The Lifestyle Agency.

The appointment will see the UK-based agency strengthen Vail Resorts presence and awareness within the UK, connecting them with journalists, local partners, and media.

The Lifestyle Agency have been given the task of showcasing Vail Resorts portfolio of nine world-class mountain resorts in the United States and Australia, and two urban ski areas.

In developing their winter sports offering, Vail Resorts have firmly established themselves as the leading global mountain resort operator.

The Lifestyle Agency will showcase and represent all of the company’s resort brands and subsidiary lines of business.

The company’s prestigious portfolio includes Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone in Colorado; Park City Mountain Resort in Utah; Heavenly, Northstar, and Kirkwood in the Lake Tahoe area of California and Nevada; Perisher in NSW, Australia; Afton Alps in Minnesota and Mt. Brighton in Michigan.

The company’s Epic Pass offering is heralded as the best value ski pass in the industry, and allows skiers and riders unlimited and unrestricted access to all of Vail Resorts’ mountains.

For the 2015-2016 ski season, Vail Resorts is investing US$50 million in one of the most ambitious and impactful capital plans in the history of the US ski industry, connecting Park City Mountain Resort with neighbouring Canyons Resort.

Upon completion, Park City will have a total of 7,300 acres of majestic terrain, including new and upgraded lifts, new trails, snowmaking facilities, and improved dining venues.

Park City will subsequently become the largest ski resort in the United States.
