TV campaign launch to capture growing staycation market

Rural Retreats is today announcing the launch of its first television advertising campaign to build on its position as the largest luxury staycation specialist in the UK.

Based on the success of its programme sponsorship on ITV late last year, the luxury holiday letting agent, based in the Cotswolds, will be running an initial four week programme of twenty second ads throughout April.

The campaign, which will run across the HTV and Thames Valley, will see adverts for Rural Retreats in key ITV daytime spots, with placements in breaks between This Morning, ITV Lunchtime News and Dickinson’s Real Deal.

Charles Millward, chief executive at Rural Retreats, says: “Rural Retreats operates in an extremely competitive and crowed sector, and this has only intensified given the recent growth in staycations.

“After evaluating the great success of our programme campaign last year we decided to push forward with a television campaign, which will coincide with our wider marketing activities, and is designed to target decision influencers in the home.

“We are confident that our television advertising programme will enable us to stand out from the competition, and is the ideal platform to communicate our luxury holiday packages to the burgeoning staycation market.”
