The UK’s largest independent holiday cottage company has launched a new website Regional-Cottages.co.uk featuring all 2,280 properties (increasing by the week) from its six specialist brands.

“Many holiday makers are not too sure where they want to go when they initially search for accommodation,” says head of marketing Jon Copland, “so in addition to our regional websites we decided to offer them a ‘one-stop-shop’ where they can see all our properties in one place. This offers them one of the best collections of self catering holidays in the UK.”

The properties are also available under the established regional brands and websites of Cumbrian Cottages, Scottish Cottages, Yorkshire Cottages, Northumberland Cottages, Peak District & Derbyshire Cottages and Wales Cottages.

The company also reports “significantly strong sales” in all regions since the start of the New Year, on top of its best-ever performance in 2011, indicating that the Staycation is still a growing trend.
