The Brazilian Tourist Office announces 2010 Road Show dates

The Brazilian Tourist Office (EMBRATUR) has announced dates of the 2010 Brazilian Road Shows to promote Brazil to travel agents and tour operators in the UK and Ireland.  It will be the fifth year that EMBRATUR has organized these workshops for the travel industry.

The main objective of the roadshows is to showcase reservations and sales teams from travel agents, tour operators and travel partners the beauty and wonders of Brazil, learning about the new and exciting destinations in Brazil giving a better understanding of Brazil and what it has to offer to consumers. The workshops will help update teams on the new tools and information available from the Brazilian Tourist Office’s web site

to obtain travel details and information about Brazil, whilst providing a fun and informative evening for retail agency and tour operators’ staff.  Plus, at the end of each workshop there will be the chance to win free flights of places on FAM trips to Brazil.

Chris Fuzinatto, Brazilian Tourist Office Director for UK & Ireland comments that “this time we’re focussing on training professionals working in reservations and sales at travel agencies, tour operators, call centres and home workers. We want to provide them with the most efficient strategies for selling Brazilian products, services and destinations based on our commercial expertise. We also want to ensure they are better informed about the tools we can provide for accessing specialised information, such as on-line training for travel agents, training with our image bank and details about other tools on offer”.

The Brazilian Road Shows will be kicking off on 23rd March in London’s Langham Hotel followed by:
