Tatra Yoga launches UK breaks

Tatra Yoga Holidays is offering UK breaks for the first time in 2012. The two night yoga weekends are taking place at the four star Metropole Hotel in the Welsh spa town of Llandrindod and cost just £299 per person including: HB accommodation, a guided walk, use of the spa, meditation and four yoga sessions.

The first break runs from 13 to 15 January making it the ideal antidote to the stress and excess of the festive season and the perfect Christmas present for that hard to please relative or friend.  Other Yoga weekend dates are 13 to 15 April, 20 to 22 July and 7 to 9 December 2012.

The holidays suit both curious beginners and experienced yogis, as the tutors will incorporate posture adaptations or progressions to cater for individual levels. Morning classes involve dynamic “wake up” postures and late afternoon sessions focus on quietening positions, breath work and relaxation. Yoga tutors are fully qualified and insured and teach Hatha yoga, which moves at a slow to medium pace, and is suitable for everyone. Yoga classes are complimented with relaxing meditation, spa time and a brisk walk.

Accommodation is in the luxurious family run Metropole Hotel featuring 120 rooms, a bar, brasserie, restaurant and spa with 18 metre pool, thermal suites, Jacuzzi and gymnasium.
