Qatar Airways exhibits at Abu Dhabi Air Expo
Demonstrating its commitment to the vibrant Middle East business aviation market, Qatar Executive is exhibiting at the Abu Dhabi Air Expo from today until March 8th.
The three-day event takes place at Al Bateen Executive Airport – the first dedicated business jet airport in the Middle East and North Africa.
Qatar Airways’ corporate jet division, Qatar Executive, is showcasing its Bombardier Challenger 605 at the event, giving visitors the opportunity to see the luxurious interiors of its popular jet, which features the widest stand-up cabin of any business aircraft in this category available today.
With its presence at the show, Qatar Executive demonstrates its footprint as a major business aircraft operator in the Middle East region, using this first edition of the event to showcase its product and service portfolio to visitors.
Covering business jets, helicopters, and related services, the Abu Dhabi Air Expo is expected to draw over 10,000 visitors and major aviation players from across the Gulf region, Levant, North Africa and, as far afield as Asia and South Africa
The Bombardier Challenger 605 on static display is part of Qatar Executive’s wholly-owned Bombardier fleet of six long-range business jets.
With its reclining leather ergonomics armchairs, a berthable divan, a four-seat conference table in the rear and numerous outlets for laptops, the Challenger 605 has huge appeal among business and leisure travellers alike.
The ultra-long business jet has 11 seats and can whisk passengers from Abu Dhabi to Singapore or from Abu Dhabi to London non-stop. Its spacious baggage compartment, accessible from the cabin, offers plenty of room for all personal belongings.
The aircraft is equipped with a state-of-the-art entertainment system, featuring 21 inch large LCD monitors, as well as internet and satellite communications service for an efficient and comfortable work environment.
