His restaurant is renowned for bringing a modern and edgy twist to traditional Nordic cuisine. His dishes are plated up with the help of the natural environment in which the food comes from, using creative props such as pebbles to remind diners of the natural origins of their menu selection.

Rene will be taking part in Qantas’ first epiQure event at Neil Perry’s Rockpool Bar and Grill in Sydney on 19 July where Neil Perry will present an eight course menu featuring the best of Australian produce.
epiQure is a Frequent Flyer member-only online community available to all 7.9 million members to discover the Qantas cellar’s diverse collection of wine and be part of a community in which guests can mingle with globally renowned chefs and share a passion for food and wine.
