Pullman Hotels & Resorts unveils its global brand transformation at TOURISE
At the inaugural TOURISE Summit in Riyadh, Pullman Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor’s premium portfolio, unveiled a bold global brand transformation that redefines its vision for the future of travel and hospitality. The announcement took place before an international audience of tourism leaders and innovators, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s ambition to position itself at the forefront of global tourism innovation.
Benoît Racle, Global Brand President, Premium, Accor, described the transformation as “a complete reimagining of how Pullman connects people and ideas. Each hotel becomes a place of exchange, where energy, culture, and creativity collide.” He added that unveiling the new era at TOURISE — a global platform launched by the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) — perfectly reflected the brand’s ambition to shape the future of travel.”
The new Pullman experience introduces a refreshed design language, energizing guest journeys, and a contemporary approach to social and business gatherings. With more than 150 hotels in over 40 countries and an additional 70 properties in development, Pullman continues to expand its footprint across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Upcoming flagship openings include Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort in Guadeloupe, Pullman Kolašin Breza in Montenegro, and Pullman Tokyo Ginza in Japan, each reflecting the brand’s forward-thinking design philosophy and creative energy.
Momentum is particularly strong in the Middle East, where Pullman’s portfolio includes 65 hotels, with more than 20 new openings planned. Kerry Healy, Chief Commercial Officer, Accor Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, noted: “Pullman’s transformation reflects the same spirit of progress, creativity, and ambition driving tourism across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Our commitment to the Kingdom runs deep, with two of our largest properties — Pullman ZamZam Makkah and Pullman ZamZam Madina — welcoming guests from every corner of the world.”
The transformation also redefines the Pullman experience as a hub for innovation and connection. Flagship properties such as Pullman Dubai Downtown and the newly renovated Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers now serve as vibrant social and business destinations, embodying the region’s cultural and commercial vitality.
Looking ahead, Pullman’s evolution will continue with new design rollouts, culinary collaborations, and MICE innovations, alongside the launch of Pullman xChange — a global series of cultural and business gatherings designed to foster collaboration and creativity. This aligns closely with the TOURISE platform’s mission to promote innovation, sustainability, and cross-sector partnerships in tourism.
By blending energy, creativity, and purposeful connection, Pullman Hotels & Resorts reaffirms its role as a global connector of people and ideas — a vision that resonates deeply with Saudi Arabia’s leadership in transforming the future of travel.
