Talise Fitness, the luxury wellness brand of Jumeirah Group, is bringing an invigorating twist to Dubai’s nightclub scene with sunrise yoga sessions at Pacha Ibiza Dubai.

The 60-minute yoga class will be held on the last Tuesday of every month until the sessions stop for the summer in May.

The classes will be led by Talise Fitness’ resident yoga instructors on the stunning rooftop terrace of Pacha Ibiza Dubai at Souk Madinat Jumeirah, overlooking the beautiful Madinat Jumeirah waterways.

The invigorating yoga session, as the sun rises overhead, will provide the perfect start to the day.

As part of the partnership, Pacha will also create dedicated playlists for Talise Fitness facilities and Talise Fitness members can take advantage of special benefits within the Pacha venue.

Following the session, participants can enjoy a nourishing breakfast at Frioul which offers a healthy menu created especially for Talise Fitness, making it the ultimate event for mind, body and soul.

The sunrise yoga event was created by Talise Fitness in collaboration with Pacha Ibiza Dubai to provide a new and dynamic activity to the Dubai fitness scene and is just one of the events hosted for members and non-members.

The session is open to yogis of all levels including beginners through to experts.
