OCEAYA: The World’s First Transformable Entertainment Venue on Water

Today marks a groundbreaking moment in entertainment and hospitality as we introduce Oceaya, the world’s first truly modular floating venue with an emphasis on sustainability and authentic experiences. Launching in 2025, Oceaya will be traveling to the most breathtaking destinations around the world during high seasons.
Daniels Ikajevs, the visionary behind Oceaya, says, “Oceaya is a testament to the limitless possibilities of design and entertainment. We are thrilled to introduce Oceaya to the world and look forward to inviting everyone to embark on a journey of unforgettable experiences, where the boundaries between leisure, art, and entertainment merge.”

Oceaya is the ultimate versatile entertainment venue which has been expertly engineered to cater to the diverse needs of its guests, with the ability to transform into multiple configurations, including a nightclub, restaurant, cinema, catwalk and more. From electrifying nights hosted by world-famous DJs to top designer fashion shows and weddings, Oceaya can be adapted for any use and event.

The platform’s limitless design and functionality are a result of its ability to scale and change in size and shape, from 4,000 sq.ft./370 sq.m. to over 12,000 sq.ft./1,115 sq.m. Conceptualized and created by Daniels Ikajevs and teams of world-renowned architects at Waterstudio.NL, leading engineers at MEYER Floating Solutions and globally recognised designers at Prospect Design International, Oceaya’s innovative architecture is intertwined with its natural and harmonious interior design to create a venue that pushes the current limitations of traditional real estate.

As a beacon of sustainability, Oceaya is committed to contributing towards the health and resilience of our planet by using eco-conscious materials and applying sustainable operational practices. The Oceaya team will actively support scientific research related to local marine ecosystems. Researchers will have access to the venue’s facilities, and Oceaya will provide funding for research projects aimed at fighting climate change, slowing sea level rise, understanding aquatic environments, and preserving marine life in the areas where it operates.

“The idea of Oceaya was driven by passion for innovation. In every project that my teams are involved in, we push the design and technical boundaries to create concepts the world has never seen; we are already envisioning the next venue, which will provide a new, different, unimaginable, and immersive experience. Expect to see us buzzing across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Asia,” said Ikajevs. Oceaya promises to be a game-changer for event planners, jet-setters, and those seeking unique and memorable adventures.
