Renowned for its exquisite Japanese cuisine, Nobu will establish its latest outpost on the 24th floor of The Link. This exceptional venue promises an elevated social dining experience where sophistication meets the city’s breathtaking skyline.

Nobu will take over Sphere Dubai and join One Za’abeel’s distinguished culinary portfolio. Founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, Nobu has become a globally celebrated brand known for seamlessly blending modern luxury with minimalist Japanese traditions and immersive dining experiences.
The venue will feature a sophisticated restaurant, private dining rooms, an elegant lounge and bar with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer unparalleled skyline views. The design and interior architecture of the restaurant will reflect Nobu’s signature aesthetic— with a modern and futuristic twist - integrating seamlessly with the sleek, cutting-edge environment of The Link.

In addition to its world-class cuisine, the new Nobu location will also feature a captivating entertainment program with performances that evoke mysticism and seamlessly blend with the venue’s interior design, movement, light, and Japanese aesthetics. This marks the third Nobu location in Dubai, following the success of Nobu Dubai at Atlantis The Palm and Nobu by the Beach at Atlantis The Royal, with each venue offering a distinct ambiance and experience.
