New recruitment fair at TNT Travel Show proves just the job
As jobless figures soar to an all-time high in the UK, The TNT Travel Show sponsored by Flight Centre is bucking the gloomy economic trend by launching a dedicated Recruitment Fair at its March show.
Anyone struggling to find work in the current climate should head along to London’s largest free travel exhibition, which opens up a world of employment opportunities.
As well as seasonal and part-time positions, the careers drive will also boast full-time professional roles in law and finance.
The TNT Travel Show is also a one-stop-shop for those looking for the most up-to-date information on contracts, education and training and leading industry figure 1st Contact will be offering tax and visa advice.
“At a time when people are struggling to find work, the TNT Travel Show is flying in the face of the current gloom and doom by developing a Recruitment Fair,” TNT Multimedia CEO Kevin Ellis says.

“There have always been a certain number of exhibitors at the show offering recruitment services, but this has grown to the extent that we need to develop dedicated recruitment area – proving there are jobs out there.
“The Recruitment Fair is geared towards travellers from overseas who are residing in the UK and needing guidance on job opportunities as well as Brits who are wanting to find out more about working and travelling abroad.
“We believe this will add real value to the show – in a recent survey of TNT Magazine readers, 20 per cent said that they had found it difficult to find work in the UK.”
Exhibitors in the recruitment arena will include accountancy and tax expert Wellers Contractors which specialises in advising freelancers, contractors and consultants, and recruitment agents Active Assistance which offers live-in personal care assistants.
London’s largest free travel exhibition takes place on 3 March at Earl’s Court, and is the ‘go-to’ event for travellers looking to plan and book trips for the year ahead.
