Passengers will benefit from more seats, new trains and better rail performance and regional socio-economies of key urban centres in the South West of England and Thames Valley will also be boosted.

To mark this launch, Network Rail’s Chief Executive, David Higgins, and Secretary of State for Transport, Rt Hon Philip Hammond MP, will be presenting and meeting key stakeholders at Paddington station.

This occassion will also celebrate the completion of the Paddington roof.
