The Meydan Hotel and Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa, part of Meydan Hotels and Hospitality, were recognised at the annual World Travel Awards held at the CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa in Anguilla.

Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa and The Meydan Hotel walked away with the coveted title of World’s Leading Desert Resort and World’s Leading Sports Resort award titles respectively for the third consecutive year.

The much anticipated gala event, hosted by award-winning actress Vivica Fox, was attended by 300 international hospitality industry experts.

The evening recognised and honoured exemplary hospitality, with illustrious awards acknowledging excellence across all sectors of the global travel and service industry.
