Luxury hotel appoints resident manager

The Feversham Arms Hotel and Verbena Spa in Helmsley, North Yorkshire has appointed an experienced resident manager to join its team.

James Wiseman, will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s daily operations, as well as ensuring the front of house team work efficiently and swiftly to provide the highest possible standards of service for hotel guests.

The 29 year old from Skipton was previously deputy manager of the Devonshire Arms Hotel and has a HND in Hospitality Management.

James joins The Feversham Arms at an exciting time, as refurbishment of the hotel’s acclaimed restaurant has just completed to ensure that hotel guests and the wider community can enjoy the very best in dining experience. The restaurant was awarded three rosettes by the AA, which recognises restaurants that achieve outstanding standards. The hotel and spa have also received countless awards.

Speaking of his appointment James said: “I’m delighted to join The Feversham Arms Hotel and Verbena Spa, as it is one of the UK’s finest luxury hotels and has a unique position in the marketplace. To be joining the team as the hotel is undergoing a series of refurbishments and at a pivotal time as it evolves to further enhance its prestigious reputation is exciting and I am looking forward to the challenge ahead.
