Les Roches Launches Global MSc in International Hospitality Management
Les Roches, ranked No. 2 globally in Hospitality & Leisure Management by the QS World University Rankings 2025, has announced the launch of its new Master of Science in International Hospitality Management. This program aims to address the growing global demand for skilled hospitality leaders.
The program will commence in September 2025 at the Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches, followed by launches in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, and Marbella, Spain, in March 2026. Each campus offers a unique cultural and industry environment, providing students with diverse perspectives and immersive experiences in luxury hospitality and tourism.
Designed as a one-year full-time or 18-month part-time degree, the program caters to university graduates and career changers seeking leadership, operational, and strategic expertise in the hospitality industry. It combines Swiss hospitality heritage with experiential learning and a global perspective, preparing students to become innovative leaders in hospitality and luxury tourism.
The curriculum covers a range of subjects, including sustainable design and facilities management, finance and performance analysis, global people management, guest experience personalization through data, and services marketing in the digital age. Students will also engage in entrepreneurship and business modeling, event design and management, hospitality analytics, strategic hospitality management, artificial intelligence and business innovation, and applied research methods. An international business field trip and a six-month professional internship or master’s thesis are integral components of the program.
