La Mostra de Calvià will see over 45 local restaurants welcoming locals and visitors alike to sample their finest dishes with discounts of at least 20% on specially curated menus across the entire weekend. Restaurants will offer one of three different menus: Menú Mostra Calvià; Menú Mostra del día; or Menú Gastro Calvià.

The Menú Mostra Calvià is a full set menu with starter, main, dessert and drink priced at either €18, €22 or €35, as long as this price represents at least a 20% discount on the full price. The Menú Mostra del día will be a set menu featuring a main, dessert and drink priced at €14 or €17 with the same stipulation of a 20% full price discount applying. Finally, the Menú Gastro Calvià will be an à la carte or taster menu in which the establishment will offer a range of their finest dishes for diners. These menus may also include a wine pairing and will be priced from at least €50 per head yet still with a 20% discount from the menu price outside of the gastro festival.

These specially curated menus highlight traditional Mallorcan cooking as well as showcase more avant-garde culinary creations from across the region. The menus will also cater to dietary requirements, offering vegan and vegetarian options, as well as gluten-free menus, and children’s menus for foodie families enjoying the festivities.
