Kenya seeks tourism boost with visa initiative

The Kenya Government has confirmed that the cost of a single entry tourist visa to Kenya will remain at £20 ($25) for all visitors to the country until July 1st 2011.

The waiver on the visa fee for children under the age of 16 years will remain in force for the same period.

Regular visitors to Kenya should consider obtaining a multiple visa valid for one year which is currently priced at £30.

After July 1st the single entry visa fee is likely to revert to £30 and the yearly, multiple entry visa to increase to £60.

This is great news for UK visitors to Kenya who will make substantial savings on holidays to the country which continues to provide the UK market with good value for money.
