Amadeus Altéa allows airlines to provide enhanced customer experiences, improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.

With revenue and schedule management technology, airlines can utilize advanced availability management techniques, dynamic customer segmentation and sophisticated airline policy controls.

At the same time, Amadeus DCS simplifies training for airport agents and ensures best practices are utilized across optimized workflows.

The solution ensures all information required for the journey is collected through smart checks, speeding up core customer processes and simplifying repetitive tasks.

Gwenaele Monboisset, head of CEE, Airlines, Amadeus, said: “This exciting new deal with Israir demonstrates the flexibility of the Amadeus Altéa PSS to enhance the operations of all types of airlines.

“The portfolio of solutions included in the deal with Israir Airlines is ideally suited to help the tour operator and airline grow its presence further in the region.
