HRG goes further at Business Travel Show
Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), the award-winning international corporate services company, will demonstrate how its people and clients are going further with progressive strategies and technology on stand 130 at the Business Travel Show held at Earls Court in London this week.
HRG will be launching a new approach to its already successful ‘Events & Meetings Management’, separating the service offering into three distinct elements, HRG Meetings, Groups and Events, so that it responds to the latest corporate demands by simplifying activity requirements in order to increase transparency and clients’ control of expenditure. It also enables HRG to continue to draw upon its existing international expertise, experience, technology and supplier relationships through integration with overall travel programmes.
HRG will also unveil HRG Insight, a highly visual and intuitive new reporting and mapping tool which will allow users to drill into their pre and post trip travel data on a detailed map, so they can quickly and easily see exactly where their travellers are, where they are going to and where they have been. HRG Insight is a flexible and adaptable platform that acts as foundation on which HRG can continue to innovate and update according to clients’ changing needs.
HRG will also be announcing and demonstrating new enhancements to HRG Online, HRG’s self-service online booking tool. New features include a number of policy checks to ensure travel arrangements adhere to corporate guidelines, such as advanced waitlist functionality for itineraries, Eurostar seating selection, lowest rail fare policy rules and maximum fare price restrictions.
HRG’s strong portfolio of technology products conceived and developed by its in-house team in direct response to client need will also be on show, including:
• HRG i-Suite and recent HRG i-Suite mobile application, HRG’s web-based portal that integrates a self-service reservation tool, data consolidation and reporting, expense management and traveller tracking capabilities
• HRG Security Suite, HRG’s security programme, which delivers a full range of security services to support companies and their travellers in dealing with the wide range of situations that can impact travel
• HRG’s landmark scenario modelling tool, which enables clients to determine the most cost-effective way of meeting colleagues from across the world.
At this year’s show, Paul Saggar, HRG’s Director Technology and Product Development, will participate in Tnooz’s mobile technology discussion on Wednesday, 8 February at 11:10. Nick Reynolds, HRG’s Head of Commercial and Service Delivery, will take part in a panel debate that looks at the distribution revolution on Tuesday, 7 February at 14:50.
