HRG demonstrates technology developments at GBTA Convention

HRG, the award-winning international corporate services company, will unveil HRG Insight™ to the North American market at the Global Business Travel Association’s (GBTA) annual convention to be held in Boston next week.

Delegates at the conference will be given demonstrations of HRG Insight, a powerful, interactive mapping and reporting tool that combines pre and post trip data such as spend, personnel and high-risk areas, and that delivers it to an interactive map. HRG Insight provides enhanced visibility of the travel program, and allows clients to drill into their data graphically, so they can quickly and easily see travel spend and traveller location.

Delivered as an online service optimised for use on tablet and mobile devices, clients can access their global data anytime, giving them the freedom to manage, organise and make informed decisions about their travel management programme.

Delegates will also have access to a range of HRG’s proprietary technology solutions and products including:

*  HRG i-Suite™ (and HRG i-Suite mobile application) is HRG’s web-based portal that integrates a self-service reservation tool, data consolidation and reporting, expense management and traveller tracking capabilities.
*  HRG Online™, HRG’s self-service booking tool with policy compliance checks, including lowest rail fare policy rules and maximum fare price restrictions.
*  HRG TripPASS™, HRG’s trip authorisation tool which delivers authorisation requests to any mobile device which is capable of managing emails.  This enables travel managers to approve or decline trips directly from their mobile phones.
*  TripCase, HRG’s mobile itinerary management application in partnership with mobile technology company TripCase.  TripCase provides easy access to travel information on one screen, including ground transportation bookings, traffic and restaurant reservations.
