HOTEL ADLON KEMPINSKI BERLIN UNVEILS NEW CULINARY & WINE EXPERIENCES
Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer, the Michelin-starred restaurant at the iconic Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, is introducing a new lineup of immersive culinary and wine offerings, inviting guests to go behind the scenes of its acclaimed kitchen and experience four exclusive wine dinners this fall.
The restaurant’s new culinary package offers guests exclusive access to Chef Jonas Zörner’s Michelin-starred kitchen, where they can observe evening preparations, help finish dishes, sample specialties and taste wines from the cellar alongside the team. The behind-the-scenes experience is followed by a seasonal six-course menu paired with wines selected by award-winning Head Sommelier Hans-Martin Konrad, featuring dishes such as: Carabinero prawns with Imperial caviar; Black hake with bouillabaisse; and Wagyu short rib. Guests also receive a signed chef’s apron, a signature recipe and an Adlon-made gift to take home.
“Our cuisine is driven by passion, an uncompromising commitment to quality, precision and curiosity. When guests experience this atmosphere for themselves, a very special connection is formed with what is later served to them on their plates,” says Chef Zörner.
The Lorenz Adlon Experience Package, including the backstage kitchen visit, six-course menu, aperitif and wine pairing, starts at EUR 1,630 per person (approx. US$1,858) or EUR 2,080 for two guests (approx. US$2,371). The Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer Package, including the six-course dinner, overnight stay and Champagne breakfast with caviar, starts at EUR 1,385 for two guests (approx. US$1,579) in a Deluxe Room, subject to availability.
Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer’s prestigious wine cellar of more than 1,600 labels recently earned Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence”—presented to just 16 restaurants in Germany—as well as a Silver Star distinction from Sweden’s Star Wine List. To celebrate its award-winning wine program, Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer will also host four exclusive wine dinners this fall.
On September 12, 2026, the restaurant will partner with Imperial Caviar Berlin and Maison Billecart-Salmon for a “Champagne & Caviar Dinner,” featuring a five-course menu and prestige Champagne pairings, priced at EUR 549 per person (approx. US$626). “Live at the Pass: The Winemakers’ Dinner” on October 24, 2026 invites guests to watch each course being prepared before their eyes, while acclaimed winemakers guide the evening’s pairings. The experience is available for EUR 395 per person (approx. US$450).
On November 14, 2026, “Great Burgundies Against a Grand Backdrop” will showcase rare wines from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti (including the iconic 2019 Romanée-Conti Grand Cru and La Tâche Grand Cru) paired with a menu created exclusively by Chef Zörner, priced at EUR 3,600 per person (approx. US$4,104). The series concludes on November 29, 2026 with the restaurant’s inaugural Goose Dinner, a refined take on the traditional holiday meal featuring goose from Polting Estate paired with wines selected by Konrad, available for EUR 300 per person (approx. US$342).
