The Hoseasons Group has announced it is to roll out a customized version of the market-leading Tr@veller reservations system across its entire business, giving trade partners, online customers and its call centre faster search and booking processes, the maximum choice of accommodation, and a range of additional services.

A major contract has been signed with Oldham-based Web Applications to implement an enhanced version of Tr@veller across The Hoseasons Group over the next 18 months.  The decision was taken following a review of reservations systems which could support its wide product portfolio and expansion plans.

The system was already in use by Hoseasons prior to its acquisition by Wyndham Exchange and Rentals, which subsequently combined Hoseasons and The Holiday Cottages Group to create The Hoseasons Group,  based in Lowestoft in Suffolk and Earby in Lancashire.

The Hoseasons Group operates leading holiday brands including Hoseasons, English Country Cottages, cottages4you and Blakes. It is the market leader in UK lodges and parks, UK cottages and boating holidays, and has a significant presence in the overseas villa and UK city-break apartment segments.
