Hamilton Princess & Beach Club Bermuda Undergoing Bermudiana Wing Renovation

Hamilton Princess & Beach Club is pleased to announce the $15M renovation of its Bermudiana Wing. This is the section of the hotel located on the west side of Pitts Bay Road.
The project began November 18th, 2024, to upgrade all 113 rooms in this extension of the property, with completion expected in early Spring 2025. The general contractor for the project is Greymane Construction, with design team organizations Botelho Wood Architects, and interior designer Pierre Josselin, of Pierre & Co Design Studio Inc.
Other local project assistance includes: Electrical Contractor, First Class Electrics; Mechanical Contractor, Efficiency Ltd.; Plumbing/Sprinkler Contractor, H&H Plumbing and Mechanical Ltd.; Tiling Contractor, Eminence Tile and Stone; Data Contractor, Switchworx Ltd.; Marine Contractor, Crisson Construction; and Fire Alarm Contractor, BUE (BAC Universal Electric). More than 100 tradespeople are working as a part of the redevelopment team per day.
Following construction, six, one-bedroom suites will be available, that can be converted into two-bedroom suites. All rooms in the upgraded Bermudiana Wing will be elegant, well-appointed accommodations, offering luxury amenities. Décor will include a lighter colour palette with LED lighting, white oak wood furnishings in the living areas, granite features in the bathrooms with spa-like, deep soaking tubs in the suites, and much more.
