To celebrate US National Yoga Month in September, Canyon Ranch Miami invites guests to further their knowledge and understanding of yoga with an array of specialty classes and lectures. Canyon Ranch offers nine styles of yoga to cater for everyone, from Basic Hatha Yoga for beginners, to Advanced Power Yoga which provides a challenge to even the most experienced ‘yogi’.
The weekly yoga schedule at Canyon Ranch Miami Beach is full of variety. Family Yoga is a fun, interactive class for all ages, while Restorative Yoga focuses on ‘resting’ positions that remove tension. Chair yoga allows participants to easily incorporate yoga into their everyday life and Gentle Yoga classes promise to give guests a calm and clear mind. A Canyon Ranch Miami yoga taster class is also available to allow guests to discover the yoga style that is best for them.
These are just a few of the wide range of types of yoga available at Canyon Ranch, which highlight the diverse ways in which it can be used and the benefits of fully understanding the spectrum of the practice.
During National Yoga Month, alongside regular classes, there will be speciality classes every Saturday at 4pm, lectures by Canyon Ranch yoga instructors every Friday at 4pm/5pm and special retail events. Finally, guests will be able to participate in “The Time for Yoga; Global Community Practice concluding National Yoga Month” class on Sunday 30th September at 7pm.
