Located in the heart of the historic 1,300-year-old water town dating from the Tang Dynasty, the property marks Frasers Hospitality’s first entry into one of China’s renowned cultural and tourism destination.

Situated approximately 2.4 kilometres from Wuzhen’s scenic zones, Fraser Residence Wuzhen offers a peaceful retreat with convenient access to the town’s business, cultural and leisure attractions. The 117-apartment residence features spacious one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments designed for both short and extended stays, complete with fully equipped kitchenettes, washer dryers, dedicated living areas and light-filled open layouts that provide the comfort and flexibility of home.

The opening is part of Frasers Hospitality’s plan to open 18 new serviced and hotel residences across Asia by 2028, as it continues to grow its serviced living portfolio in the region.
