Europcar to showcase new services at World Travel Market

As it marks its third successive year as the official Mobility Partner for WTM London, Europcar will be showcasing its latest developments to help reduce the stress for busy travellers.

A number of enhancements have been made to the Europcar Deliver & Collect service, to take the stress out of picking up and returning rental vehicles.

Customers booking a car or van from Europcar can have the vehicle delivered to their home or workplace.

No more getting stuck in traffic on the way to pick up the car.

Instead, Europcar Deliver & Collect brings the vehicle right to their door.

And, for the ultimate in convenience, Europcar will collect at the end of the rental too.

Visitors to WTM can find out more about the service at Europcar’s Information Lounge, located at the East Entrance of ExCeL London.

“Our research shows that 58 per cent of people waste up to an hour a day and traffic is cited as the most annoying waste of time,” said Gary Smith, managing director, Europcar UK Group.

“With the latest enhancements to our Deliver & Collect service, now including delivery and collection at workplaces as well as home addresses, we’re helping busy travellers get back some of that wasted time.

“With this enhanced service, we do the tedious job of sitting in a traffic jam, allowing our customers to get on the road as soon as their car or van arrives.

“We look forward to discussing the service with some of the 50,000 travel industry professionals expected at this year’s World Travel Market.”

Europcar and ExCeL London have been working together for nearly three years to create an industry-leading mobility solution that recognises the impact of the journey on the event experience.

Located on ExCeL’s main boulevard, the Europcar Mobility Centre serves the needs of exhibition visitors, exhibitors, the campus residents and employees, hotel guests and the immediate wider business.
