Emirates has announced a partnership with Stansted Express offering passengers complimentary return tickets between Stansted Airport and central London, ahead of the airline’s new route launch in June.
Passengers who book economy flights to any destination departing from London Stansted between May 25th and June 6th will receive a free return rail ticket on the Stansted Express between Stansted Airport and central London (either Tottenham Hale or Liverpool Street stations).
The announcement of the Stansted Express ticket offer coincides with the launch of Emirates’ new daily route from London Stansted to Dubai on June 8th.
Emirates will be the first Middle Eastern airline to operate out of the popular North East London airport.
Richard Jewsbury, Emirates vice president, UK, said: “We are really looking forward to celebrating the new route launch at London Stansted in June.
“To help make our passengers’ journey even easier, we have partnered with Stansted Express to mark the occasion with free rail tickets.
“So whether you’re flying to Dubai or beyond with family, friends or for business, this offer will help ensure stress-free travel, to and from the airport.”
The new gateway will be the seventh UK airport that Emirates operates out of in the UK; other locations include London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Birmingham, Newcastle, Manchester and Glasgow.
Martin Moran, commercial director, Stansted Express, added: “We are delighted to partner with Emirates to offer their customers a faster connection between London and the Middle East.
“It is a pleasure to be involved in such a momentous development for Stansted Airport and look forward to welcoming those departing on the inaugural flights.”
