Embassy Suites Palmdale opens doors

The 30th Embassy Suites in the state, the upscale property is located just off Interstate 14, nestled in the beautiful Antelope Valley at 39375 5th Street West. Embassy Suites Palmdale is managed by Sun Development & Management Company of Indianapolis, IN. The property marks Sun Development & Management Company’s first of three Embassy Suites to open in 2010, with others slated to open in Ontario, CA, and Elizabeth, NJ, in the third quarter of this year. The property is owned by the Palmdale Lodging Associates, LLC.

Embassy Suites Palmdale is an upscale, full-service, all-suites property, featuring 150 suites and 3,032 sq. ft. of meeting space, with banquet space among four separate rooms. The property contains some of the largest rooms of any hotel in Palmdale.

The hotel’s Design Option III prototype allows guests the same comfort and convenience as traditional Embassy Suites properties using a more cost effective, scalable model.

Embassy Suites Palmdale is conveniently located near the major aerospace companies in the area including Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, NASA and Edwards Air Force base, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. Fourteen Restaurant and Lounge, the hotel’s full-service restaurant, features a modern contemporary design with dark woods, warm stone, sleek metal surfaces and a whimsical color palette.
