All pre-registered trade visitors who attend the show will also be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a luxury holiday for two courtesy of Istanbul Convention & Visitors Bureau and partners. The winner will be announced on the week commencing 12th December 2011.

Attendees are also invited to attend a full programme of over 40 education sessions led by some of the most influential experts in the industry. This year EIBTM’S Education Programme will combine experience, research and industry knowledge to lead the way in delivering critical insight and solutions to meetings industry issues. Trade visitor attendance is free and the programme includes a series of Spanish language seminars dedicated to the local meetings industry community.

New to the show this year - EIBTM have created a Future Events Experience. This new live experience will provide an insight into how future conferences and meetings will be run and how social media technologies will re-shape attendees’ experiences. EIBTM will also be running a number of Technology Education sessions considering the relevance and impacts of various applications ranging from social media and mobile technology to Ipads and tablets. Each session is structured to evoke a range of debates and discussions throughout.
