Malmaison has announced its Chez Mal Brasserie brand will be launched at Malmaison Glasgow.

The announcement comes as Malmaison is set to unveil plans to grow and develop the Chez Mal brand over the coming months, following the successful introduction of Chez Mal across eight of its other UK hotels over the last 18 months.

Chez Mal offers guests a fresh mix of contemporary styled dishes in a relaxed and vibrant setting.

Food and drink lovers can look forward to mouth-watering menus, bursting with bold flavours, created from the finest ingredients, all complemented with chilled craft beers, outstanding wines, Champagnes and expertly crafted Mal cocktails.

Guests can expect the full ‘Mal experience’ at the new Chez Mal bar and brasserie with a range of exciting food and drink events planned in the coming months.

The new restaurant will be a perfect spot for local Glaswegians to meet up, catch up with friends and create memorable moments.
