Centara Hotels & Resorts is pleased to welcome your pet dog to accompany you during your stay with us – please mention that you will be bringing your four legged friend with you so as we know in advance. In order to ensure the comfort and safety of your pet, our other guests, and staff, there are several rules that apply to the stay of your pet as follows:

Your pet must be clean and shampooed prior to arrival at the hotel / resort.
Only one dog per booking is permitted to stay with you and the size of the dog must be a medium sized breed or smaller – no bigger than 20 kilograms on weight and your pet must be trained to obey your commands.
Your dog must be placed on a leash and taken outside the room while the housekeeping staff are servicing your room.
As the owner, you will be responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” that occur within the hotel / resort grounds.
A fully refundable cash deposit of 2,000 Thai Baht (THB) will be payable upon checking in – before you check out, your room will be inspected. Additional cleaning and/or stain removal if required will attract a charge of 500 Thai Baht (THB) and any damaged item in the room will attract a charge at cost for replacement of each item – these charges if applied will be payable upon checking out of the hotel / resort.
Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times while within the resort and your dog may not enter any restaurant or bar, spa, fitness, meeting room, or any other venue.
We know that your pet dog is a part of your family and to leave them at home is often very sad – now you can visit us together and also treat your pet to a well earned vacation – we look forward to welcoming you and your pet.
