Centara Boutique Collection offers Moksha experience to introduce new resort in Himalayas

The newly-opened Moksha Himalaya Spa Resort, a Centara Boutique Collection resort hotel in India, is offering a special inclusive package in which guests paying a fixed rate for accommodation can also select at no extra charge elements from the diverse attractions that the hotel offers.

The package is available from now until 21 December 2010, and a minimum three-consecutive night stay is required.

 

In the period from now until 19 December 2009 the rate per night in a Moksha Suite is US$450 net per room, while from 20 December 2009 to 15 April 2010 the rate is US$590 and from 16 April to 31 October, US$550. During the period 1 November 2010 to 21 December 2010 the rate is US$650.

The Moksha Experience can be booked or changed upon arrival at the resort, and is suitable for couples and families alike. Room rates are based on per room (two persons) per night basis and are inclusive of the Moksha Experience on a daily basis.

 

As an introduction to the hotel’s wide range of attractions, under the package guests take their pick from the Spa, Wellbeing or Discovering programmes.

 

All guests receive daily international buffet breakfast, daily lunch presentations, daily dinner menus, and a twice weekly get-acquainted reception.

 

The Spa option offers a choice of two one-hour treatments per day or the alternative of a 90-minute treatment option per day, and also includes access to cultural awareness, yoga and meditation classes, fitness sessions, and Indian cuisine classes. Under the Wellbeing programme, guests can undertake a programme of fitness activities including personal fitness assessment and meal planning, and with one a one-hour spa treatment per day. The Discovery experiences range from cultural to sporty, spiritual to historic, and most are of half-day duration.

 

Located at a height of 5,200ft amongst the pine trees of the Shivalik Valley in Himachai Pradesh, India, Moksha Himalaya Spa Resort is only 3 ½ hours from New Delhi and 35 minutes from Chandigarh International Airport. The final stage of the journey is a 10-minute cable-car ride to the resort, providing a panoramic view of the beautiful countryside.

 

The cool, clean air and verdant forests make this region ideal for trekking and for enjoying nature at its unspoiled finest, while the resort, which stands in its own extensive grounds, offers diverse leisure and recreational facilities and is suitable for independent travellers, couples and families alike.
