Oriental Unveils New Club Lounge

Hong Kong, October 2002 - On 1st October, 2002, luxury Mandarin Oriental hotel, The Oriental, Singapore, unveiled a new club lounge to complement its extensive 124-room club floor facility.

Offering the ultimate in privacy and featuring panoramic views of the city skyline, the 481 square metre lounge has been re-designed by renowned architects H.L. Lim using contemporary and oriental design accents.
As part of The Oriental Club, the club lounge will offer club floor guests extensive business facilities and services, including complimentary daily executive champagne breakfast, unlimited garment pressing, free wireless internet access and exclusive use of the lounge`s private meeting room with teleconferencing facilities for two hours per day. 

Additional benefits include complimentary non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day, oriental afternoon tea service, evening cocktail and hors d`oeuvres, guaranteed late check-out, free local calls, luxurious bathroom amenities and choice of newspapers.  Bookings for the performances to the city`s new cultural centre, The Esplanade can also be obtained upon request.
