Best Western International is pleased to announce its partnership with the Northwest Airlines WorldPerks® flyer program. WorldPerks members and guests of Best Western will earn 250 Bonus Miles for each qualifying stay at any Best Western hotel in North, Central and South America beginning July 1, 2000.

“Northwest flies to the places that our guests love to stay,” said Sharon Reiling, manager of Airline Programs. “It made sense to become partners to benefit Best Western guests who prefer to fly Northwest Airlines. Essentially, Northwest’s customers are our customers.”

Best Western guests can benefit in two ways. Guests can choose to earn WorldPerks Bonus Miles by presenting their WorldPerks card upon check-in, or, beginning in 2001, Best Western Gold Crown International (GCCI) club members will be able to convert their GCCI points to WorldPerks Bonus Miles. Best Western’s GCCI club offers points to frequent guests for qualifying stays at Best Western hotels. GCCI points are redeemable for a wide variety of awards—from dining to entertainment, travel to retail and much more.
