Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) is scheduled to open the 154-room Courtyard by Marriott in Irving, Texas, this September. Located at 2280 Valley View Lane, the Courtyard Dallas - DFW Airport South will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Chase Hospitality, LLC of Dallas Texas.

Situated at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and 12 miles from downtown, the Courtyard Dallas - DFW Airport South offers guests convenient access to Texas Stadium, Irving Mall and Six Flags Over Texas.
