Teams and scouts may qualify for a 10 to 20 percent discount by calling Team Lodging at (877) 783-1490 to book advance rooms. Team Lodging is an independent firm composed of sports team specialists who have been retained by Cendant to administer this program. No minimum number of rooms is required, and guests may request late check-out, based on availability. For every booking of 11 rooms or more, teams will receive one room free.

Directories listing all participating hotels and rates as well as nearby restaurants and distances to nearby airports and sports venues have been distributed to colleges and amateur teams in the United States and Canada.
