United Airlines` Traffic Drops 12.3 Percent, Load Factor up Slightly at 77.3 Percent


United Airlines (NYSE: UAL) total scheduled revenue passenger miles (RPMs) fell 12.3 percent in July vs. the comparable month in 2001, on a capacity decrease of 13.1 percent.  The carrierå‘s passenger load factor came in at 77.3 percent, up slightly from 76.5 percent a year ago.
