The Crossair Board of Directors has passed no opinion concerning the newly submitted proposal for members of the Board because it has not had an opportunity to study it.

The Crossair Board of Directors learned from a media communiqué on Wednesday afternoon the proposal of the Steering Committee for the composition of the new Crossair Board of Directors. The existing Board of Directors was not involved in this selection of candidates and had no opportunity to form an opinion on the suitability of the new candidates proposed by The President of the Steering Committee Rainer E. Gut.

The Crossair Board of Directors deeply regrets, therefore, that it is not at the position to present the proposal for the composition of the future Board to the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting on December 6. On the other hand, it welcomes, for reasons of continuity, the continuation in office of the current Member of the Board Claudio Generali.
