Continental Airlines`
(NYSE: CAL) hub at Newark International Airport boasts some of the finest
retail concessions to be found at any U.S. airport, according to prominent
industry publication Airport Retail News (ARN).

Newark International Airport Terminal C took first place in that
publication`s Best Concessions Poll 2002 for “Best Overall Program” and “Best
Management Team” in the Single Airport Terminal category.  “Terminal C at
Newark has the best-designed storefronts and layout, and the tenant mix is
great,” said ARN.

“World-class shops and restaurants were envisioned as a key part of the
Terminal C renovation and expansion,” said Continental V.P. of Corporate Real
Estate Holden Shannon.  “The success of the airport retail stores stems from
the variety and quality they offer, as well as the fact that they are expertly
managed and offer prices that are competitive with the surrounding area.”

Concessions at Newark International Airport include Americo`s Pizza, US
Open Golf House, d-parture Spa, A&W Root Beer, Rose Valenti Fragrances, Steak-
Escape, Famous Famiglia, Waldenbooks and many others.
