Continental Airlines to Host a Seminar for Concession Operations at Bush Intercontinental Airport

Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL) and
Westfield Concession Management, Inc. will sponsor a seminar for small,
minority and women-owned companies interested in operating a concession at
Continental`s new Terminal E at Bush Intercontinental Airport.  The new
terminal is currently under construction and targeted for completion in 2003.

The seminar is scheduled for Thursday, May 2, 2002 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
at the Hyatt Downtown, 1200 Louisiana Street in Houston.  Representatives from
Continental Airlines and Westfield Concession Management, Inc. will discuss
procedures for opening and operating retail and food and beverage concessions
at the airport.

Continental Airlines is the fifth largest airline in the U.S., offering
more than 2,100 departures daily to 120 domestic and 91 international
destinations.  Westfield Concession Management, Inc., a subsidiary of

marketing of the retail and food and beverage concession programs for
Terminal E.
