Worldspan to Host Reservation System for Cayman Airways

   

 
Worldspan, the leading global
reservation system and e-commerce provider for the travel industry, today
announced an agreement with Cayman Airways, national flag carrier for the
Cayman Islands, to host a complete reservation and departure control system
for the popular Caribbean airline.
Worldspan`s end-to-end hosting solution
for Cayman Airways
features capacity management, reservations management,
pricing and ticketing, queues, airport check-in, support systems, seat
assignments, flight operations and command systems, management data, and
system security.
 
  Under the new long-term agreement, Worldspan is also introducing
electronic ticketing for Cayman Airways flights, allowing Worldspan travel
agencies in the Cayman Islands and the United States to offer this convenient
ticketing option to their Cayman Airways customers. The agreement extends and
enhances a technology partnership between Worldspan and Cayman Airways begun
in 1996.
