Airlines.com Deal Announced by StarTek, Inc.

StarTek, Inc. SRT has signed a portal agreement for Airlines.com, with Hotwire.


Airlines.com is a world-class domain name owned by Domain.com, Inc., StarTek`s wholly owned Internet subsidiary. The specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but StarTek will receive a cash fee for each visitor redirected from its site to the Hotwire.com site. This deal is the second use of the portal business model, which capitalizes on domain names in the company`s Internet name portfolio. StarTek retains full ownership of the trademark rights to the Airlines.com brand name and the web site address.
