Sabre Provides Thai Airways International With CRM Strategy

Sabre Holdings Corporation (NYSE: TSG) announced that its consulting services group has completed a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plan for Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) that is expected to significantly increase customer service for the airline over the next three years.

During the course of the project, Sabre evaluated the product and customer service sectors of THAI. Key recommendations made to THAI include the development of a CRM blue print in terms of business model, processes, organization and performance measures, and a detailed implementation plan for each project that is part of the CRM strategy.

Vasing Kittikul, vice president Sales and Distribution, Thai Airways International PCL believes the results achieved to date were due to a team approach to complete the project.

“Throughout the project Sabre Consulting representatives applied a highly practical approach to the job and worked side-by-side with our own staff members to achieve the end result,” said Mr. Kittikul. “The result is a very detailed and robust CRM strategy that will be implemented over the next three years.”

“After an in-depth analysis of THAI`s current business process, we were able to recommend progressive solutions that will improve their customer service,” said Gianni Marostica, senior vice president of consulting services for Sabre. “We look forward to continuing our work with THAI as we implement our recommendations.”
